BULK MERGE SAFETY
A batch is a queue of independent merges
Each product family gets its own snapshot, Main Product, Dry Run, fingerprint, and explicit approval.
Only one merge per shop runs at a time. Shopify is re-read immediately before each group.
Every group must finish verification before the next starts. A failure stops the batch safely by default.
Each merge keeps its own IDs, audit trail, result, retry key, and quota count.
Current rollout: single Safe Test merges first. Bulk execution stays locked until inventory, media, verification, and rollback protections pass the full Safe Test cycle.
Billing safety: A plan is never activated from a URL or UI value. The server must verify the active Shopify subscription before granting paid limits.
